Oppo F29: Oppo is gearing up to introduce its latest F29 series in India, with the launch of the Oppo F29 and F29 Pro scheduled for March 20. These devices will succeed the F27 lineup and will be available for purchase through multiple platforms, including Amazon.in, Flipkart, the Oppo India online store, and offline retail outlets.
Oppo F29, F29 Pro Specifications
Among the key specifications, the smartphones feature a 6000mAh battery that supports 80W fast charging, ensuring quick power-ups. Connectivity enhancements include a 300 per cent network boost for improved reception and stability. To enhance durability, the F29 series incorporates Sponge Bionic Cushioning, which helps absorb shocks and minimize damage from accidental drops. Additional safeguards include an elevated battery cover and reinforced side frame for added protection.
The Oppo F29 series also debuts a Raised Corner Design Cover, shielding all four corners of the phone from potential impact damage. The camera module benefits from a Lens Protection Ring, crafted from strengthened glass to prevent scratches. Furthermore, the internal frame has been upgraded to aerospace-grade aluminum alloy, enhancing structural strength by 10 per cent compared to previous models.
Oppo stated that the F29 lineup has undergone extensive durability testing under 14 Military Standard (MIL-STD-810H-2022) conditions. These include exposure to extreme temperatures, shock, rain, freezing water, sand, dust, salt mist, solar radiation, humidity, vibration, fluid contamination, mold, and acceleration tests assessing resistance to g-forces.

In terms of aesthetics, the Oppo F29 Pro will be available in Marble White, which draws inspiration from sunlight reflecting off marble, and Granite Black, a bold textured finish exuding sophistication. Storage options for the F29 Pro include 8GB + 128GB, 8GB + 256GB, and 12GB + 256GB variants.
Meanwhile, the Oppo F29 5G will come in Solid Purple, symbolizing confidence and elegance, along with Glacier Blue, inspired by the cool hues of India’s mountain landscapes. It will be available in 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB configurations.
With its focus on durability, design, and performance, the Oppo F29 series aims to make a strong impression in the Indian smartphone market when it launches later this month.
